We would like to inform you about the implemented changes on our Privacy Policy, due to the new data protection regulation and Scanderra’s commitment on protecting personal data processed in our daily activities.

HOW WE OBTAINED YOUR DATA

The data we have on you was obtained through commercial or contractual relations that the company, entity or organisation for which you work or collaborate with has maintained (or now maintains) with SCANDERRA.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA ON YOU DO WE PROCESS

Your data will be processed for the legitimate purposes that shall be explained below, limited to your corporate contact data on the company, entity or organisation for which you work or collaborate with.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your corporate contact data is processed for the exclusive purpose of being able to maintain the corporate, contractual or collaboration relations that SCANDERRA has with the company, entity or organisation for which you work or collaborate with.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE MAY WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your corporate contact data is processed in order to maintain the relation with the company, entity or organisation for which you work or collaborate with SCANDERRA and is due to a legitimate interest our entity has, that is specifically recognised by the privacy regulations.

WHEN AND FOR WHAT REASON MAY WE PROVIDE YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Your data may be transferred to the receivers stated below, for the reasons stated below:

  • Public Administrations: to comply with legal obligations to which SCANDERRA is subject due to its activity.
  • Providers who need to access your data to provide services that SCANDERRA said providers have contracted and with which SCANDERRA has subscribed the personal data confidentiality and processing contracts required and demanded by the regulations to protect its privacy.
  • Companies of the CURADEN Group to provide accounting and logistics services.

If in the future SCANDERRA were to grant other transfers of personal data, it shall duly inform you.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

SCANDERRA does not to perform international data transfers except and uniquely with the above stated third party providers. Should SCANDERRA need to retain the services of providers located in countries that do not have equivalent laws to the European ones (“Third Countries”) to process your data, said contracting shall be carried out after compliance with all the requisites established in the data protection laws, and applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve your privacy. For further information on guarantees in relation to international data transfers, you may contact the Data Protection Officers of both Parties, through the aforementioned postal and electronic addresses.
FOR HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Your personal data shall be kept while you maintain your relation with SCANDERRA and, after conclusion of that relation for any reason, for the applicable legal expiry terms. In that case, it shall be processed solely for the purposes of proving fulfilment of our legal or contractual obligations. After said expiry terms have elapsed, your data shall be deleted or, alternatively, anonymised.

You may exercise the rights of access, correction, suppression and portability, limitation and/or opposition to processing through the postal and electronic addresses stated.
